We ship orders out once a week. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, USA.

We offer free shipping within the US, and flat rate shipping to Canada and Europe*

* Free or flat rate shipping does not apply to oversized / overweight items, which require local pickup.

Twenty One Tonnes is not responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may be incurred importing goods into your country of residence. Twenty One Tonnes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or damage that may take place during shipping, however we will happily work with our customers to submit a claim to the carrier. Fees incurred from rejected packages are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be happy with your order! Twenty One Tonnes will accept returns on purchases within 14 days of delivery*. The item(s) must be in re-sellable condition. To initiate a return please email us with your order number. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus a $15 restocking fee per item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

California customers are subject to their applicable county and state taxes.

Canadian customers are subject to the taxes applicable in their province of residence (GST, PST, HST).

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs, or taxes imposed by their country of residence.
