WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

YES - we have a studio in Lincoln Heights, northeast LA. You can come by during our weekly open studio hours, or make a private studio appointment HERE (virtual or in-person options available).

LIGHTING ORDER TIMELINES

  • ORDER: 1 week - If a wired light/lamp with your order specifications is already in stock at our LA studio your order will ship on our next shipping day (Tuesdays)

  • PREORDER: 3-4 weeks - If a wired light/lamp with your order specifications is NOT in stock at our LA studio, a shade or base will take 2-3 weeks to be wired to your specifications, and then your order will be shipped on our next shipping day

  • If neither a wired light nor a shade/base is in stock at our LA studio our wait times are generally 8-10 weeks

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMELINES?

We cannot offer free shipping and 24 hour fulfillment... we can't be Amazon. We are a small business and we ship orders out once a week (on Tuesdays).

Shipping rates have skyrocketed. Our system searches for the best rate on offer, but the reality is that even at decent rates most of our items are large and costly to ship. While some companies incorporate shipping costs into their product pricing, we have chosen to keep it separate.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING?

YES - if you're in and around LA and would like to collect your order in person you can select "LA Pickup" at checkout as your shipping option.

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS IN EUROPE?

YES - you can find our list of stockists here.

DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE?

We recommend contacting our European stockists.

Shipping to Europe from LA is quite expensive, but we are happy to provide a shipping quote - send us an email letting us know which product(s) you are interested in and please include your city & postal code.

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS IN AUSTRALIA?

DO YOU SHIP TO AUSTRALIA?

We have found shipping to Australia from North America to be very expensive! But we are happy to provide a shipping quote - send us an email letting us know which product(s) you are interested in and please include your city & postal code.

DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

We have a design trade professional pricing structure based on volume. If you are an interior designer or architect purchasing for a project please contact us for details.

DO YOU GIFT YOUR PRODUCTS IN EXCHANGE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA COVERAGE?

We are a small business working with social enterprises, arts organizations, and tiny family workshops, and we endeavour to pay these production partners fairly. Because of this our margins are tight and we are not able to offer gifts. We welcome your support of our business, which will in turn have a positive impact on the lives of our production partners and their families.

CAN I BORROW YOUR PRODUCTS FOR AN EVENT OR PHOTO SHOOT?

YES - we have a rental program. Contact us for our weekly rates.
